Requirements: High School degree required. Vocational Technical, or and/or prior manufacturing experience preferred. Interest in learning, or current skills in sculpting, soldering and the design of consumer products preferred.

Customer Care Team Representative

Job Description: Provide accurate, timely advice and support to Westone Customers by providing answers or resolutions to technical questions regarding product or services. Resolves customer's issues by obtaining information, identifying the problem, and providing assistance utilizing available tools and resources.

Requirements: High School degree required. Ability to work in a team environment where duties are cross-trained and shared. Ability to create and sustain effective, professional working relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to write effective and concise correspondence via email to communicate with customers, patients and Audiologists. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions. High level attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Knowledge and proficiency with customer date entry. Intermediate skill with Microsoft Word and Electronic Mail applications.

Work Schedule: M-F 7am-5:30pm - Shifts vary (Overtime may be required)

HHC Account Sales Representative

Job Description: Sells the organization's products and services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. This intermediate sales position requires a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products and marketing techniques.

Requirements: BA/BS degree plus 2-4 years Inside Sales experience, or the equivalent. Strong verbal communication skills, specifically when communicating via phone. Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to sales quantities, discounts and fees. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization exists. Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical information and procedures and write reports and professional correspondence. Present information and respond to questions from managers, Dealers, Customers, and the general public.

HHC Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Performs administrative support work specific to Sales and Marketing department(s) functions. Assists the department manager and other department staff by performing a variety of support duties, such as data collection, compilation, research, writing assignments, proofreading and/or records maintenance

Requirements: Associates degree in Journalism, Business or Marketing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Entry level position, 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role preferred, but not required. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Description: Provide cross-functional support to the Sales Team across a variety of channels to meet Customer and Dealer needs. Takes direction from the Sales Team, as well as individual National Sales Managers to deliver both administrative and relationship support that maintains and improve sales outcomes.

Requirements: College or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 4+ years of successful complex selling experience with a strong emphasis on end user and commercial sales. Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required. Strong time management and organizational skills. Communicate in an organized, clear and concise manner to effectively express ideas, plans, actions, and projects to support customer needs. Ability to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory). Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
