Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase from a Westone authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility.

DefendEar Serial Numbers are located on the bottom of each DefendEar module.
Other Custom earpiece products have the serial numbers displayed on the top of the earpiece (helix area).
