Westone and Siemens have jointly
developed a new technology and process that offers a breakthrough in earpiece ordering and
turnaround time. Using your mySiemens account and iScan, you can now order Westone custom
earpieces for Siemens BTEs. All you need to get started is an account with Westone and Siemens and
an iScan desktop impression scanner from Siemens.
Fast turnaround
Ordering has never been easier or faster. Just log into your
mySiemens account and click the “Place Order” link. Fill out the Westone Earpiece Order Form, attach
your iScan file containing impression images and click “Submit.” Your order has been placed! After completion, your earpieces will be returned
using Federal Express®, dramatically reducing standard shipping time.
An accurate, repeatable fit
Once received at Westone, your
virtual impressions are modeled with the latest generation 3D software, then laser crafted. Our FIT™
process ensures consistency, eliminates human error, and retains an electronic record of the
impression. Exact duplicates can be reordered and shipped quickly without the need for new
impressions. |
