Higher Quality Standards to Better Serve You

We are pleased to announce that our Colorado Springs facility has been certified to the rigorous ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard. Over the last two years, we have been working to document all of our internal procedures, product specifications, design processes and just about every other business and quality process imaginable. To give you a glimpse of what is involved in achieving and maintaining ISO certification, we are required to use calibrated measuring devices, maintain inspection records, audit our processes, and maintain records of customer issue resolution, corrective actions and a host of other items. Ongoing reviews and audits will ensure that we stay on track. The results of all of these efforts feed into a management review process where we establish action plans to continually improve the quality of our products and services.

In order to achieve certification, we were independently audited (extensively we might add!) by Standards American Registrations Authority Registrar. The auditor spent a number of days at our facility reviewing documentation, interviewing employees, and auditing our records and processes. This certification doesn't mean we are perfect, but it does mean that we are committed to ongoing improvement in our product quality and customer service.
