What colors are available for my Universal Series monitors?

The UM1 Universal Series monitors are currently available in clear. The UM2 is available in clear or black.

Does Westone offer a universal dual driver monitor?

Yes. The UM2.

What are some benefits to purchasing universal monitors over custom monitors?

While a pair of custom monitors or custom tips for the UM Series will provide the best comfort and fit, universal monitors are actually better for some applications, particularly church praise bands and worship teams, and any other situation where group members may change frequently. Universal monitors can be used for new band members by simply changing the foam tips.

Is there a way to upgrade my universal monitors with a custom tip?

Certainly. The UM56 (also known as the Westone Style #56) earpiece is a custom tip designed to replace the foam tips that come with the UM1 and UM2. The Style #56 earpiece will also work with many other generic monitors.

I have a pair of generic earphones but they were not manufactured by Westone. Can you still make custom tips for my in-ear musicians' monitors?

Probably. Westone has been making custom products for the ear for almost 50 years and we frequently handle custom projects on request. As a result, we've come up with quite a few custom solutions.
